Certain flowers for centerpieces?

I can picture in my mind what I am looking for but can't seem to know where to search for a picture of it online. I am looking for a long stem with little white flowers going all the way up. I am wanting to put these in a taller vase to have them kind of hang just a little over the side since they don't stand straight up usually. If anyone has a picture/link for what I'm looking for I would be blown away! Or even a link to a flower page that might have what I'm looking for. Thanks for your help!
