What color flowers?

Since my fiancé and I are making a lot of significant changes with our wedding we have to redo a lot of our original plans. I’m not sure now what color flowers we should have for the ceremony décor. Not necessarily with those poles with the flowers (unsure if I like that) but flowers for the aisle and whatever other ceremony décor. The bridesmaids will have turquoise dresses with green bouquets: http://good-times.webshots.com/photo/244... so it'll have to look good with that.





Any suggestions? And any other ideas for décor or would that be good enough?

the good thing about using tropical colors is you can mix them as long as they are bright and colorful! i love the second picture of the arches and the bouquets. so simple yet elegant. as far as my personal opinion, with turquoise, orange, yellow or pink with lots of foliage to go with the tropical theme. when i think caribbean, that pops into my head.

So I take it that your wedding is outside? I tell my brides when planning; don't go overboard with too many busy colors. Engage in the natural beauty of the outdoors...use the element this is already surrounding you. Are there trees on the property? Utilize the trees with decor. Simple is always better. The bridesmaid dresses are bold...and they are carrying green bouquets....go with something more natural like cream colored roses.
Reply:When I think of the tropics, I picture the beautiful flowers and colorful birds. You could use several different colors or every color of the rainbow.....the turquoise dresses will stand out among the flowers. Pampas plumes can be dyed then used in the bouquets. They are beautiful and will look like big feathers. I can picture it in my mind.......gorgeous!
